What We Do
Manufacturing
Raw pine logs are fed through two machines that produce wood shavings, which are then extruded onto a conveyor belt system. After that, depending on the requirements of the customer, this can either be placed straight into an open top 6-meter shipping container or bagged.
Packaging
Our pine wood shavings become your wood shavings so we package them according to your individual needs. We can offer unpackaged bulk delivery in a 6m shipping container which can then be tipped out at the client’s shavings store on their farms. We also bag our wood shavings for various clients in 1-ton sugar bags or even smaller plastic bags for transporting shavings all over the country.
Transport
We can assist with the delivery of bulk orders in our shipping containers within the Western Cape and can arrange an interlink truck for bulk-bagged orders. These trucks generally take up to 1200 bags of wood shavings per order and can deliver nationwide. We welcome clients arranging their collection and transport on big or small orders.
